香港公司沒有法人的說法，法人稱呼僅限於中國大陸成立的公司。在香港，香港公司的董事就相當於大陸的法人，需年滿18歲及承擔法律責任。根據2014年3月3日實施的《公司條例》第622章第457(2)條規定每間私人公司須有最少一名屬自然人（即個人）的董事。

There is no legal person title for a Hong Kong company, and the legal person title is limited to companies established in mainland China. In Hong Kong, directors of Hong Kong companies are equivalent to legal persons in mainland China. They must be over 18 years old and bear legal responsibility. According to Section 457(2) of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance, which came into effect on March 3, 2014, every private company must have at least one director who is a natural person (i.e. an individual).
