Q: What can I get on this platform?
A: The platform provides payment information query of Hong Kong companies and Taiwan companies. We provide the following products, namely Hong Kong company's short version report, detailed version report, and credit report (if you need us to provide relevant qualification information, you can contact us through our official email), customized information of Hong Kong company, Hong Kong company under the name of a Hong Kong company director, and Taiwan company credit report. Please be sure to set a whitelist for our official email: report@18dao.net to ensure that our emails can be received.

Q: Is it necessary to register an account to purchase company report？
A: Yes! Please note that if you are paying by paypal, please pay attention to your payment email address. Our staff will send an email requesting payment verification to your payment email address. We will confirm your payment after your payment email address confirms the order.
Q: How to make the payment？
A: You need an account if you wanna get a company report. First, you can go to the https://user.databasesets.com, click the User Center(top-right corner), then click Sign Up, you will be redirected to a register page. Second, enter your Email, User Name, Password and Submit it. Third, click Sign In(top-right corner), you can use your account to login in. After login in, a search box on the left, you can enter the company name and click search button(magnifying glass icon), in this step, maybe no results return, we suggest you check the company name you entered is right or not, such as "LIDANTEK COR LIMITED" no results, because the company name is "LIDANTEK CORP LIMITED", we recommend using the company’s full name as much as possible, either in Chinese or English. It will return some matching company names, check the company name and click the "Buy" button, and you will be redirected to the report introduction page. There were three versions we provided, Brief, Detailed, Credit report on Hong Kong but one versions on Taiwan currently, you can browse the introduction and sample online. Choose a version, and click the tick front of《Credit Report Purchase Agreement》, and click Submit, then you need choose a payment method, we support three payment methods, Alipay payment, WeChat payment, paypal payment. If you use paypal payment, pay attention to check the email of your paypal payment mailbox. Our staff will send a waiting confirmation email to your paypal payment mailbox. The purpose of this is to ensure that the paypal payment is indeed authorized by you.

If you have not received the company report provided by our company, you can check whether your reserved mailbox is the correct mailbox. Secondly, check the trash box of the mailbox. A:香港公司的定制數據的推出是為了更貼近客戶的需求，部分客戶只需要目標公司的現任董事名單或者現任股東等信息，由此我們推出相關的數據定制服務。您可點擊左側“數據定制”，在“選擇公司”一欄搜索您想要查詢的香港公司，點擊搜索，進入到公司名稱展示頁面，選中目標公司後面的小圓點，點擊確定，即可在該頁面勾選您想要查詢的目標公司資訊，勾選完成之後，選擇下方提供的支付方式，進行付款購買即可。

Q:我已經付費購買了香港公司的定制數據，為什麼沒有收到相關資料？
A:如果您購買的是香港公司的定制數據，一般不會超過1-2個中國工作日即可交付，我們的工作人員會在完成該訂單時給您預留的註冊電子郵箱（您可在左側點擊“我的訂單”查看您預留的電子郵箱，您有兩次修改機會）發送信息，提醒您訂單已經完成，您在登錄您的賬戶之後，可點擊左側“我的訂單”，選擇“我的定制”標籤，進入查看您購買的定制數據。
Q: I have paid for the customized data of the Hong Kong company, why did I not receive the relevant information?
A: If you have purchased the company’s customized data, generally speaking, it will be delivered within 1-2 working days(Beijing Time). Our staff will send a message to your registered email address when the order is completed (you can click "My Orders" on the left check your reserved mailbox, you can modify it twice) to remind you that the order has been completed, after you log in, you can click on the left "My Orders", select the "My Customization" tab, browse the customized data you purchased.
Q:我已經在“優惠套餐”裡面購買了公司報告年卡，該如何看剩餘使用次數？如何使用？可以用年卡選購信用報告嗎？
A7:在您購買年卡之後，我們的管理員會進行審核（一個工作日內），通過之後，您可點擊“我的訂單”，選擇“我的套餐”標籤，可以看到您購買的年卡剩餘使用次數以及到期時間。當您想使用年卡進行購買公司報告時，您可以按照正常流程選購公司，在確認訂單時，您可以看到在三種付款方式的上面增加了一個付款選項“年卡支付”，選擇年卡，確認支付即可。目前暫沒有推出信用報告年卡，如您有該需求，請透過官方電子郵箱聯繫我們。
Q: I have already purchased the company report annual card in the "Discount". How do I check the remaining usage times? how to use it? Could I use it to purchase credit reports?
A7: After you purchase the annual card, our administrator will review it (within one working day). After the review is successful, you can click on "My Orders" and select the "My Discount Package" tab, you can see the remaining number of uses of your annual card and its expiration time. When you want to use the annual card to purchase the company report, you can select the company according to the normal process. When confirming the order, you can select the "Annual Card" method and confirm the payment. We have not yet launched an annual credit report card.
