A:For the benefit of the company and the heirs of the deceased shareholder, the registration of change in capital contribution shall be handled. If a shareholder of a limited company dies, he may apply for change registration within 15 days after obtaining the certificate of inheritance. As for the deceased shareholder who also serves as the director (chairman), the termination registration of the director (chairman) should be applied to the company registration authority for change registration within 15 days from the day of his death.
